Massachusetts recently made dramatic changes to its employment laws. New rules govern the interview process, interaction with employees, and pay of men and women. At the same time, changes are imminent at the EEOC that will have a far reaching impact on its enforcement of employment laws. This is one of those times when it is critical for companies to get ahead of new laws, rules, and mandates. Preparation, in advance, is critical given the potential financial repercussions for companies that are not proactive. On December 6th we will conduct a program that will address the technical changes as well as strategic methods for handling the new rules and legislation. David Gabor, a partner with The Wagner Law Group, is a seasoned employment attorney and human resources consultant. He will lead the discussion from a legal and practical perspective.
