Jason has been active in the field of group insurance and employee benefit consulting since 2001. His career started as a consultant for a Fortune 500 insurance company where he garnered national recognition for sales excellence and product development. Jason holds a Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) designation and leverages his insider experience to challenge the status quo and create an edge for 360 CBA clients.

As a consultant, Jason brings a unique combination of experience, tenacity and enthusiasm to everything he does. His dedication to excellence and drive to understand the unique culture and needs of his clients creates a refreshing environment that allows companies to thrive.

As a negotiator, Jason is a seasoned professional that understands the complex financial structure of benefit plans and the “gray” areas that can be contested. Jason believes in the roll up your sleeves approach to consulting and takes an active lead in identifying cost drivers and bring solutions that reduce claim & premium cost for employers and their employees.

Jason is an inaugural founder and board member for two not-for-profit organizations. The JBI Foundation supports Mothers Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.) and the JFR Foundation supports families dealing with serious diseases by providing financial support that helps families deal with the potentially catastrophic financial consequences of high cost disease. Jason also supports his not-for-profit clients through fundraising and board presence.

Jason is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a B.A. in Economics. While at Rutgers, Jason was a member of the varsity baseball team, and now is now an avid golfer. He lives in Stamford, CT with his wife and two young children Lilly & JJ.
